INFANT CLASSROOMS
Our Infant Program is geared toward infants six weeks through eighteen months. The Primary goal of our infant program is to help your child develop their gross motor skills while recognizing that fine motor and cognitive learning is also important. As your child develops they will begin to participate in multiple activities that their teacher plans each day including Language Arts, Sensory Stimulation, Creative Art, Self-Help and Life Skills, Music and Movement along with Social and Emotional Stimulation.

TODDLER CLASSROOMS
Our Toddler Program is designed towards toddlers ages eighteen months through 2 1/2 years. This is where the children are introduced to theme based curriculum and are beginning to follow a classroom schedule for structure and stability. The toddlers curriculum uses a hands on approach to introduce the alphabet, numbers, colors and shapes to your child. They also discuss a different theme each week with themes ranging from "All About Me" to "Summer Safety and Beyond." Our Toddler teachers know that they are the first formal steps on your child's educational journey and look forward to being your partner on that important journey.
PRESCHOOL CLASSROOMS
At Las Colinas Children's Academy we divide our preschoolers into three different groups. Age is our primary factor in grouping but we also evaluate your child's academic and social skills. Las Colinas Children's Academy prides itself in offering a creative yet challenging curriculum that will prepare your child for Kindergarten and beyond. We use Frog Street Learning Curriculum, it is developed by professionals and keeps our center organized with planned monthly themes. It covers a wide variety of skills to prepare children for Kindergarten. Some of those skills include: Social and Emotional Development, Physical Development, Language and Literacy, Mathematics and Reasoning, Social Studies, Creative Development, Science, and Second Language Acquisition.
